Travel fees are included for events within 10 Miles of our location, 21229.
Events over 10 miles will be charged a $35 flat rate.

The 360 photo booth is a video booth that captures 120 frames a second. Users step on the platform while a revolving video camera spins 360 degrees around to capture slow-motion video. It is one of the most creative content captures and the perfect experience for hosts & companies looking to add excitement to their events or branding.
The platform does not move when capturing your images, only the arm. Just pose, smile, and have fun when the camera passes you.
Once you are done at the 360 photo booth, your video will be available immediately At the sharing station, email, SMS, Airdrop, or scan the custom event QR code to download the video to your device.
Once your event is completed, Watson’s 360 staff will email your public video gallery within 24 hours to the email on file. You will have lifetime access to your gallery.
With Watson’s 360, you have the option when booking to add any restrictions to your event; you can eliminate the sharing options on your event Public gallery, which allows guest to view their video but will have to wait until you share your public gallery with them. During the event, videos will be available to view, not share or download.
Watson’s 360 Photo Booth Experience accepts all Major forms of Payment { Except PayPal & Cash}.
Deposits are used towards your Event Balance.
A corporate Check may be payable to: Watson's 360 Photo Booth Experience LLC.
Event deposits are due upon Booking. If your event deposit states “pay later “ and your deposit is not received within 2-hours of your booking confirmation, your event will be canceled.
Event balances are due no later than {5} days before your event. Payments can be made via your online account. ( Desktop Preferred) or Payment link sent via Invoice.

Generally, we ask for a 10x10' footprint with at least 8' of clearance above. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs, but the bigger in space the better!
Each package includes a 1 hour - 1.5 hour set up window. If the client/host wants us to arrive earlier, there is a “non-operational” hourly rate.
Of course! You are more than welcome to provide your own props. You can work them in with ours or provide all of them, whatever you prefer!
We can provide our booth outdoors. We will need access to a suitable power outlet and a level surface to set up everything. Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) and can provide a tent for an additional charge if needed. This is to protect us from rain damage or the chance of our gear and attendant overheating! If your event is taking place in the spring or fall, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the booth and this could disrupt your service window.
A photo template is a single image that has one or more photo captures placed in specific locations on top of a background. With Watson's 360 Photo Booth, We Customized your Template to Mimic your Event Invitation, Add your Photo or Company Logo. we also Match your Event Colors and add your Unique Title. We love choices, So with Watson's 360 Photo Booth, We offer A Custom Jukebox Music Choice. Once you have booked your event you may email 2 song choices to Watsonsexperience@gmail.com or reply to your event confirmation email with your 2 songs. The 360 Video Records for 26-28 seconds, You may send your song minutes or the most popular verse will be selected. ALL MUSIC IS CLEAN VERSION, If you would like the explicit verse, please let the staff know prior to your event. { songs cannot be changed at the event only taken off the overlay}
